Become a Biscom Technology Partner
The Biscom Technology Partner Program will provide you with the tool set and support to integrate the BDS secure file transfer technology with your product offering. The BDS open architecture was designed from the ground up to facilitate integration and interoperability with most IT and software environments. Specific integration features:
- BDS is built on top of a comprehensive API set that exposes the entire spectrum of functionality. Because both Java and Web services APIs (including .NET) are supported, BDS can be integrated with almost any application and accessed using almost any programming language or development environment.
- BDS operates effectively in virtual environments, including VMware.
- BDS user interfaces can be re branded and customized to reflect a partner's user interface and industry specific terminology. Specific user interface tailoring includes:
- Modifying or creating Cascading Style Sheets to update the look and feel of the application to match an existing web site, portal, or application.
- Using a Partner's corporate logo, customizing the default text for sign-in, deliveries, and packages can be handled through the System Administration page.
- BDS supports full customization of all text in the application. All text in the application (including the delivery messages) can be customized without program code revision. The changes are made to a single text file.
- To update the look and feel of the application, no programming skills are required. Only basic web site knowledge is necessary for building a truly branded interface that matches a Partner's application.
