How it Works

Biscom's Delivery Server secure file transfer software is expertly engineered to meet the security, reporting, and regulatory compliance needs associated with ad-hoc large file transfer.  BDS balances an organizations need for security -- encrypting large files and documents in transit -- without requiring knowledge works to change their normal behavior.  Additionally, BDS' best-in-class features such as recipient address auto-complete, attachment drag & drop, and checkpoint restart offer users meaningful productivity benefits.

Steps to deliver files securely:

  1. A sender collects files, documents, and other electronic media.
  2. The sender creates a "package" of files, optionally enters a secure message, and addresses the delivery to one or more recipients.
  3. Recipients are notified of their secure delivery through an email message with an embedded hyperlink.
  4. Recipients sign in to Biscom Delivery Server.
  5. Once authenticated, recipients can view the secure message and download files.
  6. The sender receives an email notification that the delivery has been viewed.
